Here at Miss Sina we are proud to turn Sydney’s pastry scene on it’s head. Flakey croissants, giant cinnamon scrolls and fluffy donuts – but make them vegan! We’re here to prove every single day that anything you can make, we can make vegan. Our range of freshly baked goods changes daily to stay exciting for you and our bakers. Seasonal and local whenever we can, we bake everything from scratch. In our cabinets you can find everything from European Classics to Australian Childhood Favourites, with our special little twist. We can’t wait to bake for you! 
Le Crookie
Sydney’s home of the viral Crookie! Originating from the streets of Paris, blowing up on Social Media all over the world, the Crookie is a delightful fusion of a crisp croissant and a melty chewy choc chip cookie, now made vegan to cater to everyone’s dietary preferences cause it’s 2024 after all.
Cinnamon Scrolls
You'll have a hard time finding a Cinnamon Scroll as soft and fluffy as ours. We bake them freshly every morning, they are hand filled, rolled and cut with precision before we top them with creamy vanilla bean glaze, sticky pecans or other seasonal flavours. Now including the Gordan Ramsey approved Vegemite Caramel Scrolls as seen on Channel 9 and Foodstars Australia.

Our donuts are so fluffy you won't believe they are vegan. We freshly fry them throughout the day and our flavours range from Cinnamon to Heilala Vanilla Glaze, Rhubarb & Custard, Cookies & Cream, Biscoff and more. No matter which day you're coming in, we promise there'll be a flavour to please everyone.

Taking this moment to bow down to our Team, who survived today with a smile in their faces 🩷 So in awe of their hard work, high spirits and all-round magic!
We did however pretty much sell everything we had in the store, every container of custard and cream have been emptied, so tomorrow Surry Hills will be opening at 9am ⏰ Marrickville will be open at 8am but a few things may come out a few minutes later than usual.

Good Morning! 🫶🏽☔️🌧️ Marrickville started the morning with a full on electricity outage so we’ve had a fun start to the day (not). The team is working at lightning speed to make up for lost time (and many lost doughs) and the cabinet is looking full and magical 🥐🍩 It’s warm inside, it’s busy and the vibes are good!

Just a little weekend heads up from us 🚨We have been prepping all week to ensure we have a giant selection of beautiful treats for Mother’s Day and our Pistachio Specials in store 🩷However Flu Season has been hitting hard this week, and we are running with a veeery tight team (some of them cancelled their day off for this to ensure we can stay open) 🫶🏽 So please be aware we’re all trying our very best this weekend to serve you as quickly as possible. Some super time intense specials may be available in smaller numbers. Can’t wait to bake for you and we hope you love Pistachio Month as much as we do 💚
Also be aware we do not offer reservations for tables, except for the High Tea customers. x

We’ll be offering drinks and cakes 🫖☕️Everyone else is also very welcome to pop in and get treats during our extended opening hours, but keep the volume down 🤫I’ll also be there with a book and we have plenty of cookbooks to browse through as well.
